Please come out and support the 2nd Annual Space Coast Rally Against Cancer Day on March 20th. The Brevard County Commissioners and the cities of Titusville, Cocoa, and Cocoa Beach have all proclaimed March 20th Space Coast Rally Against Cancer Day for all of Brevard. The poker run will start at the Space Coast Cancer Center in Titusville 490 N Washington Ave and travel to the Valiant Air Museum at TICO Airport. From there we go to the Lone Cabbage Fish Camp on 520 then down the back roads of Nova Rd and Deer Creek Rd to 1-92 where we will stop at the Camp Holly Fish Camp. Then east on 192 to Minton, south to Palm Bay Rd then east to Space Coast Harley Davidson Dealer where we will have a day of fun and celebration.
The poker run is $20.00 for 1st hand and T-Shirt, $10.00 each additional hand. 1st 250 riders will receive a gift at each poker stop. Beer koozies, cloth shopping bags, flashing shuttle collectors lapel pin, awareness bracelets, motorcycle kickstand coasters and more.
There will be Bike Games (Slow Ride, Ball Drop and Animal Road Scoop). We will also have the Precision Thunder Motorcycle drill team from Miami that will be putting on a great show at 1 PM. There will be lunch, vendors, massage therapist doing massages, raffle baskets, and of course the reverse raffle to give away the 2010 Harley Road King. In the reverse raffle there are no more than 500 tickets and all the tickets sold are put in a barrel and drawn one at a time with gifts given out along the way to those that will not win the motorcycle the tickets are stapled to a big board for all to see the last ticket left at the end of it all will be the winner of the Harley. On March 23, the Silver Heritage Group, the Australian-listed gaming investor which operates two casinos in Nepal, had announced a temporary closure of its two properties—Tiger Place Resort and The Millionaires’ Club & Casino in Kathmandu.
Tiger Palace Casino Resort lays off 393 employees Silver Heritage Group, the operator of the resort which came into operation in 2018, is facing financial distress with no income since March. Around half of the employees at the resort have launched a protest claiming that it was a unilateral decision and against Nepal’s labour laws. We thank you for your efforts in completing the contract requirements,” Mike Bolsover, managing director of the Silver Heritage Group, said in the letter, a copy of which was obtained by the Post.
The letter continues: “The global coronavirus pandemic is an unprecedented event that has left the business mandatorily shuttered since March 2020. With no revenue since this time, the company is faced with several financial hardships and an inability to reopen unless action is taken to reduce cost and become more efficient.”

Chitra Bhandari, who has been leading the protest, said the decision to lay off workers was made unilaterally by the company. “Without prior information, we have been given a surprise termination letter by email.”
He said that based on labour laws, the company cannot lay off workers who have served for more than two years. “That’s why we have been forced to launch the agitation.”

Basu Dev Ghimire, mayor of Tilottama Municipality, said that they would find some solution to the problem without causing any negative impact on foreign investors. “As the resort has been operated under the foreign direct investment policy and has foreign management, the municipality does not have any crucial role to deal with the issue, but we can play a facilitating role to settle the issue.”
An official of the Silver Heritage Group told the Post that they were trying to save the company and the investment. “We are, as ever, guided by and acting in accordance with the laws of Nepal. These are unprecedented times,” the official said in an unofficial conversation with the Post.
The Silver Heritage Group debuted in Nepal in 2015 with the opening of The Millionaire’s Club & Casino at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kathmandu. The group has planned a phased investment of more than $150 million to develop a chain of five-star properties across Nepal.
In the first phase, the 100-room property, which is the first integrated five-star casino resort in South Asia, was developed by the company. It was awarded a five-star rating by the Department of Tourism in November 2017, and came into operation in the first quarter of 2018, well behind its operation deadline that cost the company an additional $12 million to complete the project.
The cost overrun increased the project’s price tag to $60 million, and the company counted on its other casino, the Phoenix International Club in Vietnam, to provide support. Silver Heritage was managing the property’s gaming operations at the time; however, the venue lost its gaming tables licence in 2019, dealing Silver Heritage a huge blow.
Nepal’s operations haven’t been able to close the gap completely, and failure to generate adequate funds even prompted the company to sell its Nepal property. Bill C290 – Bill C290 was intended to amend the Criminal Code to allow single sport game bets. The way it stands now is that Canadians may place parlay bets on sporting events through local sportsbooks. A parlay bet is a wager placed on the outcome of multiple events, and according to existing law, a minimum of 3 events qualifies for the parlay. The bill was submitted to the House of Commons but was eventually rejected. Had the bill passed, individuals could have placed a wager on just one game, match or event and won or lost the bet based on a single outcome.
Criminal Code 201 – CC201 states that anyone who keeps or operates a gambling house is guilty of a criminal offense and can face up to 2 years in prison. The same applies to anyone who is found in an illegal gambling house or leases, protects, or permits a place to be used as an illegal gambling house.
Criminal Code 202 – This code condemns illegal bookmakers, illegal betting and pool selling. It states that anyone caught placing a bet, accepting a bet or selling a pool bet is susceptible to legal action and could face up to 2 years imprisonment.

California Blackjack is a player-banked blackjack variation played at poker casinos in Los Angeles County. The rules may vary from one casino to another. For example, some casinos use more jokers or treat jokers as 2 or 12 points.
Playing rules
*The rules are the same as conventional blackjack except as noted below.
*Six 53-card decks are used. Each deck contains one joker.
*The highest hands, called ’naturals’, are in no particular order:two jokers, two aces, an ace and a joker. The player must declare any natural immediately.
*If the player has two jokers, and the dealer does not, then the player shall win 2 to 1.
*An ace and a 10-point card counts as 21 points but does not outrank other 21-points hands, as in conventional blackjack.
*Jokers are wild. A joker with any other combination of card(s) counts as 21 points and standing is mandatory.
*If the dealer has a joker face up then the down card will be turned over immediately. Players may not draw in this situation. All player hands under 21 points will lose.
*The dealer never peeks at the hole card.
*Player may surrender on any two cards, except when the dealer has a joker up.
*If dealer’s down card is a joker then the player can only lose the original wager. Additional bets by doubling or splitting shall push.
*Dealer hits a soft 17.
*Double after split allowed.
*Player may split to up to three hands.
*If both the player and dealer bust and the player has a lower total then the bet is a push.
*If both the player and dealer bust and the player’s total is higher or equal to the dealer’s total then the player shall lose.
Betting rules
*Player may bet $10 to $600 per hand, with a $1 fee (the’collection’) per $100 bet. The fee is always rounded up to the nearest$1 and the house gets it.
*Banker must pay a flat $3 fee.
*Option to bank rotates around the table in turn. Player-banker has the opportunity to bank two hands before the turn passes. The banker then is playing the dealer’s cards against the other players.
Banking rules
*The most the banker can possibly win is even money for the total amount that they put up to bank with (if you put up $100 to bank with, you can only possibly win $100.. even if the players’ cumulative loss is $1,000). In this situation, the ’corporation’ will take up the slack.The corporation is a heavily bankrolled pseudo-player who sits at each table at first base and is employed by a company that the casinocontracts. These companies are allegedly non-profits. The corporation’banks behind,’ meaning that it covers all wagers that the player-banker cannot cover. They can but typically do not bet when it is not their turn to bank, and are not required to do so (with the exception noted below). However, they do take the banking opportunity every time it comes around to them. If they do play, they follow a strict strategy card.
*If a player-banker does not have enough money to cover all wagers, the corporation will cover the balance of the outcome of the hand. How this works is however complicated. Based on the dealer’s second card, an ’action’ marker is placed on one of the players hands counting around from the bank location. Then, the dealer begins to pay the players in turn around the table beginning at the ’action’. When all of the player-banker’s money has been wagered (i.e. put at risk and either won or lost), the dealer then continues to pay off or collect from the remaining players using the corporation’s money. Thus, if the player-banker did not cover all the bets on the table, they may win when most of the table is losing, or lose when most of the table is winning, based on the luck of where the action falls.
*The player-banker may elect to ’buy action’ from the corporation.This means that the player-banker can pay $5 to the corporation and force them to bet $100. They may do this cumulatively, i.e., pay the cooperation $20 and have them bet $400, on any of the spots on the table, as chosen by the player-banker. The corporation has control over these hands and plays them according to their basic strategy charts.They keep these charts secret.
*One more option is called ’kum-kum.’ If a player has the opportunity to be banker, they may allow any other player(s) at the table or the corporation to kum-kum with them, which means to split the banker’s roll between them. For instance if Joe is banker and he has $75 he is putting up to bank, he may allow Dave to put up $75 with him as well. They then split the winning or losing between them. To kum-kum, all players must agree and generally put up the exact same amount of money. Other players may also opt to ’second bank’, that is to cover bets not covered by the player-banker’s ’first bank’.
*The bank option goes around the table to each spot for two hands unless declined, in which case it moves to the next spot.
*A player can only bank in a spot if he just bet on it the hand before.

Following is the basic strategy for the Hollywood Park Casino rules.House Advantage
According to my calculations the player has an advantage of 0.56% before considering the 1% commission. Assuming a 1% commission the house edge would thus be 0.44%. It should be emphasized that the rounding rules on the commission would cause small wagers to carry a very high house edge. My advice is if you can’t bet at least $100 then don’t play at all.
It is hard to speculate on the advantage or disadvantage as dealer because it would be strongly dependent on the level of skill of the other players and how much they are betting. After considering strategy errors if the actual house edge was 2% then it would take $150 in action to compensate for the $3 rake. At a 3% edge it would only take $100. When I was observing a similar game called ’Hawaiian Blackjack’ at the Hawaiian Gardens Casino, there were many Asian players betting small stacks of black ($100) chips.
I think a well financed player should bet $100 per hand as the player and take full advantage of the option to bank in turn. It would be best to play at a table where most of the other players declined to bank. Waitrose change delivery slots.Acknowledgements

Let’s start by making a project. Open up Android Studio and click on “New Project….” in the File Menu. Let’s call our project “RajawaliBasicProject”.
Next we can just choose the default Android Version and choose “Blank Activity” as our activity. We can keep the name “MainActivity” as our activity name.Get Rajawali From Maven and into your Android Studio ProjectRajawali Poker Android Studio
Next, we want to to get Rajawali into our project. We are going to do this using Maven. This should work for the latest version of Rajawali, but you might have to change out your version for another one. If you cannot find the version, try looking in the RajawaliExamples gradle dependencies in Github or from where they host the Maven package.
In your build.gradle (Project: RajawaliBasicProject) file, we need to add a few lines.
Notice the addition of mavenCentral() and maven { url “https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/” }. This will allow Android Studio to connect to this Maven Server to retrieve a library.
Now we need to add a line to build.gradle (Module: app).
This is where my note from earlier about retrieving the build version might come in handy. We added the line compile ‘org.rajawali3d:rajawali:1.0.186-SNAPSHOT@aar’.
Now we should see a note at the top asking you the sync the gradle. Click Sync Now and it should build. If it does not, you might want to recheck your code.Setting Up Our Scene
We are going to make a simple scene of the Earth rotating much like the older, basic Rajawali tutorial on their Github, only with their new code. First, we need to extend the Rajawali Renderer class. Let’s create a new class where our MainActivity is.
Name the class Renderer.
First, after public class Renderer we add extends RajawaliRenderer to make our class a subclass of RajawaliRenderer. Android Studio is going to yell at you a bit to tell you that you also need to implement some methods that the interface demands. It also might yell at you a bit about importing RajawaliRenderer. If you don’t have auto importing turned on, then you will need to add the import statements. Let’s fix these issues.

Next we need to add some variables for our scene and get our picture. Feel free to use any texture you want, but you can find the earth texture here. Let’s add a Sphere object and a DirectionLight object to our scene.
And let’s go ahead and add our texture to the project. Right click on the res folder and click on New > Android Resource Directory and put in drawable-nodpi like the image below.
You can now drag the image to your folder. If you do not see the new directory (I didn’t on my Mac), then you might have to right click the res folder and click on Reveal in Finder and copy the file manually. It should show up in Android studio when you do. Windows will probably have a similar option like Reveal in Explorer.

Now we are ready to build our scene. We will do this in a new method called initScene(). Let’s create that method and get our lighting set up.
This will be called when we start the renderer. We set directionalLight to a new DirectionalLight and we adjust the color and the power. Then we add it to our scene.
Next, we want to set up the material for our Sphere. Add these lines after the code for adding our directionalLight.Rajawali Poker Android Games
First we create a new Material called material. We enable lighting on it and give it a material type of Diffuse (material types are outside the scope of this blog post). We then set its color.
Then we create a new Texture called texture and give it our earth picture in the constructor. Then we add texture to material in a try-catch block to avoid any errors. Now we have our material ready to go.
Finally, we instantiate our Sphere and give it the material we just created. We add it to the scene, and set the camera back so we can view the scene. Animating the Scene
Now we add a simple animation to the scene using an onRender method. This will make our Earth rotate.Rendering the Scene in Our MainActivity
That should be it for our simple scene. Now we need to go to MainActivity and render it there. First, we need to add a renderer to the activity. Then, we need to add some code to onCreate. Here is what you should have at the top of MainActivity.
The main thing to focus on here is the RajawaliSurfaceView. This class extends GLSurfaceView and let’s you add our Renderer to it, making it appear in our activity. We are able to set up some variables for our surface, and instantiate our Renderer scene and add it to the surface.Rajawali Poker Android App

Waitrose has expanded its food delivery service after initially prioritising all delivery slots for the elderly and vulnerable. The retailer has added an extra 10,000 online delivery slots to help cope with the unprecedented demand and has expanded its rapid delivery service, which lets customers order their groceries and receive them in two hours or less.
We’ve been checking for delivery slots on Waitrose’s website each day and are starting to see more free slots become available. Click & collect definitely seems to be the better option, however, if you want to order your grocery delivery from Waitrose, customers are advised to check back daily as more slots are added.
